We manufacture customized shock and vibration mounts for you based on your specific requirements. Our successful solution concept to produce dampers is based on our three-step model,

Step 1 - Analyzing the requirements
To determine the optimum damping system for your device, system, frame, etc., it is necessary to analyze your specific application and environment in detail and to know them as comprehensively as possible.
In the analysis section, we collect important information such as:
- Dimensions, weight, position of the center of gravity of the devices, electronic components, frames, etc. to be protected and the allowed residual acceleration in the center of gravity of the coupled system.
- Shock and vibration load
- Requirements in accordance with standard regulations, e.g. MIL-STD, VG, GL, ASTM, IEC etc.
- Shock and vibration load in the three main axes of the device
- Duration and profile of the shock e.g. half-sine, of the vibration e.g. random signal
- Mounting the isolators
- Free space around the device, maximum possible deflections
- Fixing the device to the floor, wall mounting, etc.
- Fixing points of the dampers
Step 2 – Simulation and calculation
Using the information obtained from the analysis phase, we perform a simulation and calculation of the behavior of elastically coupled multi-body systems for your project using our own ViSAP (Vibration Shock Analysis Program) software.
The first calculation and simulation with ViSAP including a detailed report is free of charge.
The report includes the static deflection of the mounts, the maximum residual acceleration in the center of gravity of the coupled system, natural frequencies and the type of mount to be used, number of mounts with an overview of the mounting of the mounts.
With simulation and calculation, we have an effective tool with which we can provide you with an optimum damper design based on your specific application.
Step 3 – Customized Production
Based on the isolator design from the simulation and calculation, we will provide you with a quotation with the type of isolators, quantity and delivery time. After receiving your estimated order, we generally manufacture your customized mounts with a maximum delivery time of 1-2 weeks for prototypes and around three weeks for series production.
