Our success on the market is primarily based on our consulting on optimum isolator design and the calculation of the effectiveness of vibration isolation, the damping of resonance frequencies and the loads on the equipment and systems to be protected.
We not only manufacture vibration and machine mounts, but also provide calculation and simulation services for the shock and vibration analysis of complex three-dimensional, elastically coupled multi-body systems with n degrees of freedom using our ViSAP (Vibration Shock Analysis Program) software.
ViSAP is a computer program that has been specially developed to solve technical problems in the field of shock and vibration-proof mounting of equipment and devices. The vibration part of the program system is based, on the one hand, on numerous tests carried out and, on the other hand, on calculation methods derived from these tests to take into account the real material behavior of the frequently used wire rope mounts.
On the basis of these investigations, ViSAP is able to predict realistic natural forms of vibrating systems.
