ISO 17025-accredited testing laboratory

Accreditation of Our Environmental Laboratory

Sebert Trillingstechniek is accredited by the Dutch Accreditation Council (RvA), which is part of the European Accreditation Body (EA). EA is a recognized regional cooperation body and is affiliated with ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation). The RvA is a full member of ILAC: ilac.org/ilac-membership/.

Testing in an ISO 17025 accredited testing laboratory facilitates ILAC accredited testing to be recognized and accepted worldwide. This recognition is not possible if the tests are performed in an ISO 9001 or ISTA testing laboratory.

The technical part of the ISO/IEC 17025 standard refers to the employment of qualified and experienced personnel. All test equipment is calibrated and verified according to ISO/IEC 17025. Validated methods for performing tests and recording and reporting results are also used. As a result, a high level of test reliability is achieved in an independent, professional and objective manner. In addition, the quality of the test results is reliably high.

The website of the Dutch Accreditation Council makes reference to our current scope of application: https://www.rva.nl/scopes/details/L540.

Use the added value of the ILAC•MRA logo in your report.

The European Union (EU) concludes Mutual Recognition Agreements (MRA) with various countries. This means that these countries must accept each other's products.

If you choose our accredited laboratory for a test report or certificate, the test report or certificate will be marked with the ILAC•MRA logo. This report is then accepted by all participating countries of the EU, but also by the United States, Japan, Australia, Canada, Israel, New Zealand and Switzerland.
In this way, the free trade goal of "a tested product is accepted everywhere" is achieved without having to retest in each new country. This allows for a uniformly tested product around the world.
