Our production

A high level of vertical integration, outstanding employees in both the technical and commercial areas and the best materials form the basis for our products of the highest quality. All Sebert Group companies are of course certified in accordance with the latest quality assurance and environmental standards DIN-EN-ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015.

In the year 1993, Sebert started its own production of wire rope mounts/isolators in Kirchheim unter Teck and also diversified into the production of elastomer and rubber dampers. Today, we manufacture our products and assemblies at two locations in Germany and Romania with an extensive range of machinery:

3x CNC winding machines
1x wire eroding machine
1x surface treatment facility

The second expansion of the plant in Romania, completed in 2023, increased our production area across all locations to a total of 6,000 square meters.

Our Quality

A PC-based quality monitoring system from Siemens guarantees a high quality standard during the production process.
Our products have a standard according to DIN 40080, AQL 1.5, Control Level II or higher on customer request.
Our quality management system is qualified according to ISO 9001:2015, our environmental management according to ISO 14001:2015.
Workpiece measurement with our Zeis 3D measuring machine Contura.
Measurement of the spring characteristic curve with our Instron machine for production control and final inspection.
Measurement of the camber and insulation of our damping elements (sweep) with our shakers

80% of our production staff are trained and experienced mechanics. This guarantees excellent quality and on-time delivery of the goods. Our experience is based on 40 years of co-operation with the military and industry.
